What can I expect during my first session?
It is common for most people to feel a bit nervous going in to their first session. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable.
In the first session we will spend time going over confidentiality and consent for services. We will then explore what has led you to reach out for support. I will ask some questions about your life so that I can understand how I can best support you with your goals.
